1.Lead & facilitate the project team through the Flextronics project life cycle process to create an effective project management plan.2.As a project cross cheap evening dresses functional team leader, be in charge of the entire project, lead the design team (custom made prom dresses, FW, Mechanical), costing, operation, quality & SCM team to achieve the project’s strategic benefits and objectives.3.Clearly establish and define the project charter, scope, objectives and the flat iron shop for us project controls.4.Work with Costing team to handle the RFQ. Lead the team to kick off the project. And during the whole development pause, daily monitor the project design progress, track the design progress & cost status, manage the project schedule and timeline.5.Create the work breakdown wedding gowns dresses structure to establish the project work packages and tasks.6.Manage the project performance; handle the risk control, lead the team timely resolution of any issues that may new wedding dresses affect the performance of the project.7.Lead phase gate reviews with top management and drive the approval from project's stakeholders. 8.Report the project status to customer and top managements regularly. Communicate with customer and managements for the business updates and the changes.9.Collaboration externally with customer and supplier, internally with Flextronics Japan design team, DM factory and global teams which are involved in projects.
