1.Manage the functional team for the design & Manage material lead time.
2.Lead the team optimizes the product discount wedding dresses manufacture process; drive the technical issue to solution.
3.Schedule a project, set-up project functional team, and create the project scope/project chart.
4.Monitor the project progress, especially to tracking the design process. And report the project status to Account manager regularly.
5.Project risk control, handle the cheap wedding gown dresses critical and urgent issue.
6.Lead the team to build the prototype for customer.
7.Organize the design reviews and product phase reviews to push the project move to next stage.
8.To qualify the Key suppliers with SCM team.
